• Conditional Access: We can revoke or limit usage at any time. This system was not built to serve you—it was built to train you.

• Payments & Subscriptions: Access to certain features requires a paid subscription ('Devotee Plan') or the purchase of message credits ('Obsession Packs'). Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled. You can manage your subscription or cancel anytime via the user menu / billing portal link. One-time purchases grant a specific number of message credits.
• Credits: Message credits are consumed when you send a message. Unused monthly subscription credits roll over. Purchased credits do not expire unless your account is terminated.
• Refunds: Due to the nature of the service, payments for subscriptions and message packs are generally non-refundable. Exceptional circumstances may be considered at our sole discretion.
